Foreign agreements

The foreign relations of the Republic of Estonia are regulated by the Foreign Relations Act, which distinguishes between treaties and inter-agency treaties which both are written agreements. An inter-agency treaty is concluded on behalf of an institution, a treaty on behalf of the Republic of Estonia or the Government of the Republic.

In the field of agriculture, food safety and rural life, Estonia has concluded bilateral agreements with the following countries:

Algeria, Belarus, China, Georgia, Germany, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Serbia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.
